Collaborators let you share an organization with a teammate instead of everything being tied to a single dashboard account.
Inviting someone#
Select the organization you own, scroll to Collaborators, type their email, and click Invite collaborator. A few things to know:
- They must already have a dashboard account. Inviting an email with no matching account is rejected outright — ask them to sign up first, then invite them again.
- Matching is case-sensitive. The dashboard lowercases what you type before sending it, so as long as they signed up with a lowercase email (the common case), this just works — but if their account used a different letter casing, the invite won't match it.
- Only the organization's owner can invite or remove collaborators. A collaborator can't invite others.
Removing a collaborator#
Click Remove next to their email in the collaborators list. A collaborator can also remove themselves from an organization they're part of.
What a collaborator can do#
Once invited, a collaborator gets full read access to the organization: its client apps, and every recording under them — the same dashboard view the owner sees, including watching replays. They can also delete a recording (day-to-day triage, like removing one captured by accident).
What stays owner-only:
- Deleting the organization itself.
- Creating, deleting, or regenerating the API key for a client app.
- Inviting or removing other collaborators.
A collaborator signs in with their own account and sees the organization appear in their own Organizations list automatically — there's nothing separate to configure on their end beyond accepting the invite (which is really just "have an account under the exact email that was invited").
